Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 May 2026
These terms apply when you use aireadinesspartner.com and when you buy any of the audit products we sell. By using the site or completing a purchase you accept these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us before you buy.
About these terms
These terms govern your relationship with AI Readiness Partner Ltd. They apply to the entire website at aireadinesspartner.com and to the audit products we deliver through it. Bespoke transformation engagements are scoped under a separate written agreement, not under these terms.
About us
AI Readiness Partner Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. Our registered office is [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. You can reach us at carl.chessum@aireadinesspartner.com.
What we sell
We run three audit products and one bespoke service. The audit products are:
- Free AI Readiness Assessment. A seven-minute self-assessment that scores you across six pillars and tells you which band you sit in. Results delivered to your inbox. No fee.
- Full Report (£97). A matrix-driven written diagnostic across all six pillars with prioritised next steps. Delivered to your inbox the moment payment clears.
- Deep Dive (£497). An AI-synthesised report personalised to your industry, company size and stated AI goal, plus a thirty-day, sixty-day and ninety-day plan, plus a forty-five-minute debrief call with one of our consultants.
Bespoke transformation engagements are scoped per client and priced on enquiry. They are not bought through this website.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. If a charge fails, the order does not complete and no product is delivered.
Delivery
The free assessment delivers your scored result immediately on submission. The Full Report is delivered to your inbox within minutes of a successful payment. The Deep Dive report typically arrives within a few minutes of payment as well. The forty-five-minute debrief call is scheduled by you, through the Calendly link in the delivery email, at a time that suits you.
Refunds and cancellations
The Full Report is a digital product delivered instantly to your inbox at the moment you pay. Once it has been delivered, no refund is available. By proceeding to purchase you give your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives the standard fourteen-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (regulation 37). This is required by law to be made clear, which is why we make it clear here.
The Deep Dive is refundable within fourteen days of purchase, provided the debrief call has not yet taken place. Once the debrief call is completed, the service has been delivered in full and no refund applies. To request a refund within the eligible window, email carl.chessum@aireadinesspartner.com and we will process it within seven working days.
The free assessment carries no charge, so refunds do not apply to it.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, the six-pillar framework, the scoring methodology and the report templates are owned by AI Readiness Partner Ltd. When you purchase an audit, you receive a licence to use the report you receive for internal purposes inside your organisation. The licence does not extend to republishing the report, reselling it, or using it as the basis of a competing product.
Confidentiality
Anything you tell us during an engagement is confidential. We do not publish client case studies. We do not name clients in marketing material. We do not share client data between engagements. This is how we work, and it is also a contractual commitment.
Limitation of liability
The audit products and any associated commentary are advisory tools. They are not financial, legal or regulatory advice. Decisions you make on the basis of an audit are your decisions, taken in your business context. AI Readiness Partner Ltd is not liable for the consequences of those decisions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an audit product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information when you fill in our forms or send us a brief. The quality of the output depends on the quality of the input. We will treat what you give us in confidence; in return we expect what you give us to be true to the best of your knowledge.
Acceptable use of the website
You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure context, or use it to send unsolicited communication. We reserve the right to block access where these are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when our products change or when the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when the current version was published. Material changes that affect a product you have already bought will be communicated to you by email and will not be applied retrospectively.
