The synthesis and the 30/60/90 plan are AI-generated from your specific inputs, with prompting we have pre-engineered and review regularly. The per-pillar diagnostic comes from the same pre-written matrix as the Full Report. The call is the human element. The consultant reads everything before the call, and the conversation is where the human attention happens.

Around three minutes after you submit the three personalisation questions. You see a progress page while the report builds, then auto-redirect to your Deep Dive when it is ready. We also email you the link in case you close the tab. The 45-minute debrief call is booked separately and usually scheduled within the following week.
