What data we collect
When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment we collect your name, email address, and your answers to the assessment questions. If you make a purchase we also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How we use it
We use your data to generate and deliver your results, to contact you about your assessment and any products or services you have purchased, and to send you relevant information about AI readiness. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — you have used our service and we have a legitimate interest in following up with relevant information. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

How long we keep it
We retain your assessment results and contact details for up to 3 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email carl.chessum@aireadinesspartner.com.
